MA Pay:

Service-based pay equivalent to $19-$32/hour (varies by services assigned) About the Role Lucky Lucy's Pets is hiring part-time dog walkers and part-time pet sitters (primarily cats and small animals). This is an active, independent role that requires reliability, strong time management, and sound judgment. You will be responsible for the safety, care, and well-being of our clients' pets in a variety of outdoor and home environments. No professional pet care experience is required — we train the right candidates — but comfort handling dogs and a genuine love of animals is essential. Schedule & Availability (Required) Monday-Friday availability between approximately 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM (core service hours) Morning and evening services may be required based on client needs One weekend a month availability is mandatory for all positions This is a client-driven, service-based business; schedules may vary week to week. Compensation (Please Read) This position is paid per service , not hourly Weekly earnings vary based on: Type and length of service Number of pets Seasonal demand and add-ons Earnings may fluctuate during onboarding as routes are built W-2 employee position (not independent contractor) Physical & Environmental Requirements Candidates must be able to: Walk several miles per day Work outdoors in all weather conditions Safely handle dogs of various sizes and temperaments Lift up to 50 lbs Navigate busy or unpredictable environments Requirements 18+ years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S. Reliable, professional, and self-motivated Comfortable working independently Live in or near Medford or nearby service areas Reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and working cell phone Willing to consent to a background check Why Work With Us?
