In this role, you will provide exceptional care and exercise for dogs, ensuring they stay happy, healthy, and well-socialized. You'll also offer reliable pet sitting services that give pet owners peace of mind while they're away. Responsibilities Take dogs on engaging walks, providing proper exercise tailored to each pet's needs and energy level Administer pet care routines including feeding, administering medication, and basic grooming when needed Monitor animal behavior during walks and sitting sessions to ensure safety and well-being Handle animal restraint safely during vet visits or grooming appointments Communicate effectively with pet owners about their pets' activities, behavior, and any concerns Provide overnight in-home care for pets, ensuring they feel comfortable and secure in their environment Maintain cleanliness of pet areas and ensure all equipment is used responsibly and safely Qualifications Previous experience with dog handling, pet sitting, or animal care is highly preferred Knowledge of dog training techniques and animal behavior management Veterinary experience such as veterinary technician or assistant background is a plus Comfortable with outdoor work in various weather conditions and capable of heavy lifting when necessary Strong communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members Experience with animal restraint, pet grooming, and kennel care is advantageous Demonstrated ability to handle multiple pets confidently while ensuring safety and comfort Join us if you're passionate about animals, thrive in active environments, and want to make a difference in pets' lives!
