Our overnight sitters step into one of the most trusted roles on our team. When a client goes away, they're trusting us not only with their home, but with the pets they love most. Our goal is to make being away as easy as possible by keeping pets comfortable, cared for, and happy in the place they know best — their own home. As our company continues to grow, we're looking for reliable overnight sitters to join our network of pet care professionals. We're selective about who we bring on because this role requires someone who takes that responsibility seriously, genuinely enjoys spending time with animals, and understands that great pet care is about much more than simply being present. The Role Stay overnight in clients' homes, typically from 7 PM-7 AM Provide individualized care based on each pet's routine and needs Handle feeding, potty breaks, medications when applicable, and evening/morning routines Spend quality time with pets and help them feel comfortable while their family is away Send photos and thoughtful updates to clients Keep the client's home clean, secure, and respected throughout the stay Communicate closely with our team regarding each pet's care Have the opportunity to pick up as-needed dog walks, drop-in visits, and other available pet care services based on your availability Who We're Looking For Someone who genuinely loves and respects animals Dependable, trustworthy, attentive, and comfortable staying in clients' homes Comfortable caring for dogs and cats of different breeds, sizes, ages, and personalities Able to follow detailed care instructions and established routines Strong communication skills Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and an insured vehicle Able to work independently and make good decisions when caring for pets Available for overnight stays, including some weekends and holidays Interested in an ongoing relationship with our company while maintaining the flexibility of contract work Professional pet care experience is a plus, but the person behind the experience matters just as much to us. We're looking for people we can confidently trust with our clients, their homes, and their animals. Compensation & Opportunities $100-$115 per overnight 50-55% of our standard service rate for additional services you choose to pick up 100% of client tips Flexible scheduling and the ability to accept available assignments based on your availability Opportunities to pick up additional dog walks and other pet care services as needed Continuing education and support from an established pet care team The chance to build relationships with some pretty incredible animals Our care is individualized and centered around keeping pets safe, comfortable, and secure in their own environment. We believe in positive, fear-free handling and meeting each animal where they are. For us, overnight sitting isn't simply having someone sleep at the house. It's giving our clients peace of mind that while they're away, someone they can trust is there caring for a very important part of their family.
