We are committed to one-on-one, personalized care in a clean and sanitary environment that supports every pet's health and happiness. Our goal is to make grooming a positive, enjoyable experience so that dogs leave feeling confident, relaxed, and cared for, while giving owners peace of mind knowing their pets are in experienced hands. Position Overview We are seeking a motivated, hardworking groomer who takes pride in their work and enjoys building relationships with both pets and their owners. The ideal candidate is dependable, team-oriented and excited to grow with a thriving salon. Compensation Competitive commision-based pay, determined by experience and skill level 100% of earned tips Paid weekly Requirements 2+ years of professional pet grooming/styling experience Professional and respectful demeanor with clients and pets Excellent communication and client service skills Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
