Job Description

Dog Groomer Position Summary:
We're looking for a dedicated and experienced Dog Groomer to join our team. This role focuses on providing high-quality grooming services for dogs of all breeds and sizes. If you have a passion for canine care and love making dogs look and feel their best, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Bathe, groom, and style dogs according to breed standards and owner requests Perform grooming services including haircuts, nail trims, ear cleaning, and teeth brushing Use professional grooming tools and techniques to ensure safety and comfort Safely handle and restrain dogs during grooming procedures Monitor each dog's behavior and health throughout the grooming process Clean and sanitize grooming tools and work areas to maintain a hygienic environment Communicate with dog owners to understand their preferences and provide updates
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
Previous experience in dog grooming or animal care (3 years required) Confidence in handling dogs of all sizes, breeds, and temperaments Strong knowledge of breed-specific grooming techniques Excellent customer service and communication skills Attention to detail and pride in providing quality work Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
