Our company is seeking a reliable Dog Handler

• Kennel Attendant to provide excellent care to dogs staying at our facility.

Our ideal candidate is someone who loves animals and can provide high-quality pet care for our customers while their dogs lodge with us. We expect you to provide a fun, safe, and clean environment for dogs and put customers at ease, assuring them that their pets will be safe. Prior experience in animal care or kennel management is a must.

Job Type:

We have part-time positions available. 20

• 40 hour on average. 2 weekends a month is required. PM shifts are currently available. Times range from 12 pm
• 7 pm.

Pay:

$14.75

Shifts Needed:

Afternoons (1 pm

• 7 pm) Monday
• Friday & Saturdays and Sundays between 8 am
• 6pm.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Give dogs food and water throughout the day Handle bathing and grooming tasks Clean and maintain kennels, keeping them free of waste, fur/hair, and other unsanitary or hazardous materials Supervise play areas to ensure pet safety Perform light receptionist duties, such as answering phones and emails Clean dog and cat overnight rooms during guests stay and after they leave Food prep for overnight guests Cat care including feedings/litter scooping/and extra TLC Wash dishes Laundry Attend meetings and trainings to be informed on the latest procedures and dog safety Vacuum/wash play room floors following daycare Spray down outdoor turf in play areas Maintain pet CPR certification Assist with taking dogs to and from daycare to clients at pick-up and drop-off
