Compensation & Perks Fieldwork Rate:
$13.00 per 30-minute visit + 100% of tips + bonuses (extra pay for multi-pet households!)
Management/Admin Rate:
$16.00 per hour
Retention Bonus:
$200 sign-on bonus after 90 days of exceptional performance.

Regular performance-based raises and opportunities to move up as the company grows. Your Role & Responsibilities Split between field assignments and operational support, your daily tasks will include:
Premium Pet Care:
Providing top-tier dog walking (including large, energetic breeds) and drop-in care for cats and small household animals.
Daily Routines:
Feeding, refreshing water, administering medications, scooping litter, yard cleanup, and bringing in clients' mail.
Leadership Support:
Assisting with backend management tasks and team coordination to keep daily operations seamless.
Dynamic Scheduling:
Providing care during early mornings, afternoons, late evenings, and occasional overnight stays in clients' homes. Service Area Our operational hub is Livonia . Candidates must be willing to travel to client homes within a 30-minute radius, including: Livonia, Canton, Dearborn, Farmington/Farmington Hills, Novi, Northville, Plymouth, Redford, Westland, and West Bloomfield. Team Availability:
12:00 PM - 3:00 PM availability is required. Flexibility for morning, evening, and weekend shifts is highly preferred.
Holiday Availability:
Because we care for pets when their owners travel, working on and around major holidays is a core requirement.
Independence & Transport:
Must possess a valid Driver's License and a dedicated, reliable vehicle for daily commuting.
Animal Confidence:
Comfortable handling, walking, and medicating pets of various sizes and temperaments (all pets are pre-screened for safety).
Coachability:
A positive, solution-oriented attitude with the ability to take direction and feedback effectively.
