Kennel Attendant Salary:

$14 to $15 Hr. $.50 raise after 90 days Blue Water Area Humane Society is seeking a dedicated and dependable Full-Time Kennel Attendant to join our animal care team in the dog area. This position is responsible for maintaining a clean and healthy environment while providing daily care and observation for shelter dogs.

Responsibilities include:

Cleaning/Sanitizing kennels, runs, and common area Feeding and watering dogs according to schedule Walking dogs and assisting with daily enrichment Observing and reporting health or behavior concerns Laundry and general facility cleaning Following shelter protocols for safety and animal care

Qualifications:

Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic Comfortable handling dogs of various sizes and temperaments Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods of time Must work well independently and as part of a team.
