Leashes & Leads Leashes & Leads is looking for an experienced, compassionate groomer to join our growing team. Whether you're looking for full-time stability or part-time flexibility, we'd love to talk with you. Our grooming salon is fully equipped and ready for you to step in and succeed. We provide the major equipment, including grooming tables and professional dryers. Groomers are responsible for supplying their own personal tools, including clippers, blades, shears, and hand tools. Position Details Part-Time or Full-Time Opportunities Available Flexible Scheduling Evening and Weekend Availability Required Commission-Based Compensation Established client base with growth opportunities Responsibilities Full-service dog grooming Bathing and drying services Nail trims and basic maintenance services Breed-specific and client-requested grooming styles Monitoring pet health and reporting concerns Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized grooming workspace Providing exceptional customer service to pet parents Qualifications Minimum 2 years of professional grooming experience required Ability to safely handle dogs of various sizes, breeds, and temperaments Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Excellent communication and customer service skills Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently Equipment Provided Professional grooming tables High-velocity dryers Fully equipped grooming salon space Groomer Must Provide Clippers Blades Shears/scissors Personal grooming tools and equipment Physical Requirements Lift and safely handle dogs weighing 50+ pounds Frequent bending, squatting, kneeling, and reaching Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the workday Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Why Leashes & Leads?
