Week day shifts will be from 1:00pm
- 7:30pm and weekend shifts will be 8:45am
- 5:00pm.
Responsibilities:
As a shift supervisor your main responsibilities will include (but not be limited to) the following: Supervising daily operations of the dog daycare, ensuring a safe and clean environment for all pets. Overseeing animal handling and care, including feeding, administering medications and monitoring health. Training and guiding staff in proper animal restraint and care techniques. Providing exceptional customer service to pet owners, addressing inquiries and concerns. Utilizing our pet care software and integrated payment system to accurately record business transactions. Maintaining accurate records of pet care activities and communicating with dog owners/customers professionally Assisting in heavy lifting and moving of supplies and equipment as required. All of our shift supervisors must also be trained as dog handlers. As a dog handler your primary responsibilities include maintaining a safe, calm, & clean environment for an off-leash open play group of dogs of all different sizes, ages and temperaments. Every new employee will go through training and be given direction on how to be the best dog handler they can be. Being able to follow directions is a must. Cleaning is also a huge part of the job, and there is a lot of it!Qualifications:
A passion for face to face interactions with customers Customer service experience is preferred Dog handling experience is preferred Must be at least 18 years of age Able to stand for long periods of time Ability to lift 50lbs with no restrictions. Reliable transportation A love for dogs of all breeds and sizes!Days/Hours of Operations:
We are open 7 days a week, including holidays. Monday- Friday we are open 7:00am
- 7:30pm. We are open 9:00am
- 5:00pm on Saturdays, Sundays, and most holidays. Weekend shifts are 8:45am
- 5:00pm.
