Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Dog Walker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a love for animals and the ability to provide exceptional care for dogs of various breeds and sizes. As a Dog Walker, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety, well-being, and happiness of the dogs in your care while providing them with regular exercise and socialization. We service Chesterfield and surrounding areas. Responsibilities Walk dogs on scheduled routes, ensuring they receive adequate exercise and stimulation. Monitor the behavior and health of each dog during walks, reporting any concerns to the owner. Maintain control of dogs at all times, using appropriate handling technique. Clean up after dogs during walks to maintain a clean environment. Communicate effectively with pet owners regarding their dog's behavior and needs. Assist with additional pet care tasks as needed, such as feeding or administering medication. Requirements Previous experience in pet care or animal handling is preferred. Experience in dog training or working as a veterinary assistant/technician is a plus. Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor towards both pets and their owners.
