Pet Bather & Brusher Job Summary A Petropolis Bather & Brusher is a member of the grooming department that is responsible giving dogs baths so that they leave our facility clean and healthy. Petropolis Bather & Brushers are expected to embrace our pet empowerment philosophy and complete baths in a way the minimizes stress for our guests. In addition to this, Bather & Brushers are expected to help with other grooming department duties, with the rest of the team, including check-ins and departures, taking phone calls, cleaning, and managing appointments through our computer system.

Compensation Bather & Brushers earn 30% commission on the baths they perform plus tips. The average payout per bath dog is $22.30 before tips. The amount earned per hour can vary based on efficiency, but is an average of $18 - $20/hour
