Our primary services are dog walking, adventure hikes and cat vacation care. You can check out our website at comopets.com We are seeking professionals that not only love animals but understand the responsibilities and skills involved when caring for them. Applicants will provide daytime dog walking while our clients are at work AND also cat care in our client's home when they travel. The work schedule varies depending on the client's needs and service provided. Our hours are roughly 9-5 daily with some opportunities for after hours care. Dog walking may require 5-7 miles of walking per day. We are looking for individuals with a positive attitude, good time management skills, and a high level of integrity. Previous work with animals in a veterinary, boarding or doggy daycare setting would be a plus. This job entails driving your personal vehicle from client to client. Having a reliable, insured vehicle with the ability to transport animals is required. If you are taking night classes, are a retiree, or have flexible hours with another job, dog walking may be a perfect fit for you. •If you are a student that goes home, out of town, over breaks and holidays, this is not a good fit for you. All of our staff are employees (W-2), not independent contractors (1099) Pay starts at $15/hour plus tips, and optional mileage reimbursement.
