The Collars Dog Resort team consists of hard working, dedicated animal lovers who focus on providing the best care for our four-legged friends. Job Description - Lobby - Dog Daycare & Boarding The Lobby responsibilities include, but are not limited to, working directly with customers in-person and over the phone, scheduling customer appointments, calling veterinary offices, walking dogs to and from dayplay, boarding and grooming. Responsibilities also include updating customer accounts, communicating with all other departments on necessary information and maintaining the cleanliness of the lobby. Qualifications Customer service experience preferred Previous experience providing animal care (personal or job related) Willingness to work with dogs of all breeds, shapes & sizes Ability to lift 50 pounds and spend time on your feet moving dogs to different areas of the facility, leashing dogs to go home, etc. (Chairs are available at the lobby desk for staff use) Expectations Willing to work with dogs and are comfortable interacting with dogs Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures Perform other responsibilities as assigned
