Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Pet Groomer, where your passion for animals and talent for pet styling come together to create happy, healthy, and beautifully groomed pets. In this energetic role, you will provide top-quality grooming services that enhance pet appearance and comfort while fostering positive experiences for pet owners. Your expertise in animal handling, grooming techniques, and customer communication will help build lasting relationships and ensure every pet leaves feeling pampered and cared for. Duties Perform pet grooming services including bathing, brushing, trimming, and styling coats to meet client specifications and breed standards Handle animals with care and confidence, ensuring their safety and comfort during grooming procedures Utilize animal restraint techniques effectively to maintain safety for pets and staff during grooming sessions Conduct pet nail trimming, ear cleaning, and other hygiene-related grooming tasks with precision Communicate clearly with pet owners about grooming needs, aftercare instructions, and any health concerns observed during grooming Maintain a clean and organized grooming area, including sanitation of tools and equipment after each use Skills Strong dog handling skills with the ability to manage animals of various temperaments and sizes Experience in pet coat styling and pet grooming techniques across different breeds and coat types Knowledge of animal restraint methods to ensure safety during grooming procedures Ability to communicate effectively with pet owners to explain grooming processes and address concerns Skilled in pet nail trimming, bathing, brushing, and other grooming tasks with attention to detail Physical ability for heavy lifting when handling larger animals or equipment Customer service skills to create a welcoming environment for clients and their pets Familiarity with animal handling protocols for companion animals, including dogs, cats, and other small pets Join us in delivering exceptional pet care that combines skillful grooming with compassionate animal handling. Your dedication will help pets look their best while ensuring they feel safe, loved, and comfortable every step of the way! This is a commission-based position. Commission percentage is negotiable and based on experience.

$30,000.00 - $38,000.00 per year
