Bark & Bathe is looking for an experienced, dependable Professional Dog Groomer to join our team. We are an established dog grooming, daycare, and boarding facility focused on providing excellent care and a positive experience for both our clients and their dogs. Position Details Full-time position Monday-Friday schedule No weekend shifts Commission-based pay + tips Commission structure discussed during the interview process $500 sign-on bonus paid after 6 months of employment Benefits & Perks Paid time off (PTO) after 1 year of employment Employee discounts on dog boarding Monday-Friday schedule Established clientele and busy pet care facility Supportive team environment Qualifications Minimum 2 years of professional dog grooming experience Must have your own professional grooming tools Comfortable grooming a variety of breeds, sizes, and coat types Knowledge of breed-specific cuts and grooming techniques Able to safely handle dogs with different personalities and temperaments Dependable, punctual, and professional Strong attention to detail Good communication and customer service skills Must maintain a clean and organized grooming area Our Interview Process Qualified candidates will be asked to complete an interview groom on a small dog as part of the hiring process. This allows us to evaluate grooming technique, pet handling, safety, finishing work, and overall quality.
