Pet Care Specialist
Job Description
The Role:
At the Heart of Pet Care As a Pet Care Specialist, you are the backbone of our daily operations. You'll ensure every pet receives personalized attention and high-standard care.Your primary responsibilities include:
Safety & Sanitation:
Maintaining a spotless environment by thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing suites, play areas, and equipment to ensure a healthy stay for every guest.Health & Well-being:
Following precise feeding and watering schedules, administering exercise, and closely monitoring and recording health or behavioral changes.Active Engagement:
Interacting with pets of all breeds and sizes in our indoor and outdoor play areas—including over 3 acres of yards—to create a fun, stimulating experience.Collaborative Excellence:
Communicating effectively with teammates and pet owners to maintain our reputation for premium service.Versatility:
Lending a paw to other departments (Grooming, Training, or Retail) as needed to support the overall success of the Lodge. What You'll Need to Succeed We are looking for candidates who are reliable, observant, and physically capable of handling a fast-paced environment.Animal Handling:
Ability to safely handle animals of various sizes and temperaments, and the strength to lift heavy equipment or pets when necessary.Reliability:
Must be available for a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays , as our guests need care 365 days a year.Physical Stamina:
Comfort working 10-hour shifts that involve constant movement and outdoor activities. Attention toDetail:
A keen eye for cleanliness and subtle shifts in animal behavior.Communication:
Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with both your human and furry clients.Experience Level:
