Galaxy Grooming is a groomer-owned mobile grooming company based in Waxhaw, NC, serving surrounding areas. We are looking for an experienced professional dog groomer to join our team. An established route with recurring clientele is available. You will not be starting from scratch or be responsible for finding your own clients. We provide the van, equipment, products, clients, and scheduling so you can focus on grooming! Why You'll Love This Position W-2 commission-based pay + 100% of tips Potential to earn $60,000-$100,000 per year Established recurring clientele Dedicated receptionist handles all scheduling and client communication Efficiently scheduled routes with an average of approximately 5-10 minutes of driving between appointments Fully equipped mobile grooming van provided Quality grooming tools and products provided (except personal shears) One-on-one grooming PTO Health insurance reimbursement End-of-year bonus Groomer-owned company No answering phones, finding clients, or managing your own appointment book Responsibilities Perform complete professional grooming services independently from start to finish Safely and compassionately handle dogs of various breeds and sizes Communicate professionally with clients during arrival and completion of appointments Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized grooming van Provide excellent care and customer service Requirements Minimum 2 years of professional dog grooming experience and strong finishing skills Must be able to groom independently Clean driving record Excellent communication and customer service skills Dependable and punctual Positive attitude and open to feedback This is a great opportunity for an experienced groomer who enjoys the independence of mobile grooming but doesn't want the responsibilities of running a business, building a clientele, or managing a schedule. Full-time or part-time opportunities available.
Pay:
$1,200.00 - $2,000.00 per week
