This position offers the flexibility of working independently within a professional environment, as you will rent a booth and manage your own schedule. The ideal candidate is passionate about pet grooming, capable of providing high-quality grooming services, and comfortable working with their own tools and products along with there own clientele. This role is perfect for experienced groomers who enjoy autonomy and want to build their client base. Duties Perform grooming services including bathing, trimming, styling, and finishing for a variety of dog breeds and sizes. Work independently by renting a booth, managing your own appointments, and scheduling your work hours. Bring your own grooming tools, shampoos, and supplies to provide personalized services to clients. Maintain a clean and safe grooming environment within your designated booth area. Communicate effectively with pet owners regarding grooming preferences and special needs. Ensure the safety and comfort of pets throughout the grooming process. Uphold professional standards of hygiene, safety, and customer service at all times. Experience Proven experience as a pet groomer or stylist with a strong portfolio of grooming work. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards. Familiarity with various grooming techniques, breed standards, and pet safety protocols. Strong organizational skills to manage appointments and client expectations effectively. Comfortable working with different breeds, temperaments, and sizes of pets. Prior experience working in a booth rental or independent setting is preferred but not mandatory; motivation to succeed in an autonomous role is essential.
