Omaha Choice Award Winner - 4 Years in a Row Canine Field of Dreams is an outdoor dog camp focused on enrichment, structured playgroups, and small-group care. We are looking for a responsible, reliable, and dog-savvy Canine Camp Counselor to join our team. This is an active, hands-on role working directly with dogs in small supervised groups while maintaining a safe, calm, and structured environment. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, learning about dog behavior, and being part of a supportive team that prioritizes quality care over quantity. What You'll Do Supervise small playgroups of dogs and monitor their interactions Recognize and respond to dog body language and behavior Guide campers through enrichment activities, hikes, and structured play Maintain a calm, safe environment for all dogs Assist with feeding, kennel care, and daily routines Keep play areas and camp facilities clean and organized Communicate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations Participate in ongoing staff training and skill development This Job Is a

Pay:
$16.00 - $16.50 per hour
