In addition, we have monthly staff meetings with lunch provided. We are looking for a hardworking Dog Daycare Attendant who is passionate about caring for dogs! The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with dogs and love interacting with both people and animals. Responsibilities include monitoring the well-being of our dogs, feeding them, bathing and nail clipping, cleaning their kennels and facility, administering medication and writing updates about each dog in our log book and online portal. This is a physical job and does require you to be on your feet the majority of the shift and be outside in all types of weather. Experience not necessary- we will train the right candidate. This position would be 10-15 hours a week with the potential to become full-time . The current position includes shifts ranging from as early as 6:50 AM to as late as 8:00 PM. Hours are flexible and can be adjusted based on availability and discussion. Must have weekend availability.

Responsibilities:

Be dog-friendly. Be able to be outside for extended periods of time. Be well-groomed and clean. Be punctual. Be able to clean up after dogs. Be able to lift 50lb dogs. Be able/willing to read and write with proper grammar. Be willing to work at our front desk. (will not be immediate) Be willing to learn

Pay:

$15.00 - $17.00 per hour
