We provide all inclusive bathing and grooming for dogs of all sizes. We avoid upcharges and hidden fees, and make sure we take care of all the pup (and owners) needs. Our team is currently made up of one Lead Groomer and one Bathing Assistant. We work as a team, and not based on commissions. Everyone keeps their own tips. We work together to make sure every dog has a great experience and every client leaves with a smile. Job Description:

We're seeking a full or part time groomer to join our growing team at TransFURmations.

Schedule:

We intend to extend our current operating schedule, and are looking for a groomer to work a consistent schedule that includes at least 1 weekend day. Salon hours are 8am-6pm (or after last dog of the day). Designated schedules will be created and discussed together.

Qualifications:

1+ years of experience grooming Team player: happy to roll up your sleeves and do the dirty work when needed Growth mindset: always looking for new solutions and ways to improve Excitement to be part of a team that works together towards shared goals and success Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting and bathing dogs Experience in customer service role is a plus

Responsibilities:

All duties associated with the grooming process including but not limited to: Bathing and grooming pets, Keeping a clean workspace, Engage with clients at drop off and pick up Participate in reception duties including but not limited to: Answering the phone and responding to customer concerns or inquiries, Accepting new client inquiries via booking system, Processing payments Workspace upkeep: Ensuring work station is kept tidy and sanitary, Stocking and restocking necessary grooming supplies and inventory in workspace, Clean and reset workspace at the end of each shift, in preparation for next groomer to use Other duties as assigned

Compensation:
