Compensation:
60% commission, or an hourly rate with commission bonuses - whichever works best for you. We believe that grooming is a learned experience. Just like any other skill, dogs can often develop confidence, coping strategies, and trust when they're given the time, patience, and consistency they deserve. Our goal isn't to force dogs through appointments or ignore safety. It's to help them build lasting skills through thoughtful handling, relationship building, and cooperative care, so that grooming becomes less stressful over time instead of something they simply endure. We believe the measure of success isn't simply completing today's groom, but helping make the next groom easier. We're looking for is someone who is willing to slow down, think outside the box, and help dogs make progress over time.
