In this important role, you will be responsible for the daily care and maintenance of horses and the horse facilities. Ability to exercise horses and / or do light training is not required but would be considered a plus. Responsibilities Provide excellent care to horses, including feeding, grooming, exercising, and monitoring their health and behavior Maintain clean and safe stables, paddocks, and surrounding areas by mucking stalls and cleaning horse areas. Assist with other team members in tasks related to animal care or facility upkeep Qualifications Proven experience working with horses; previous equine experience is required. Strong knowledge of animal care practices and standards Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Organization skills and keeping work area clean is very important Punctual & hardworking person. This is a physically demanding job! Reliable transportation
