If you are outgoing, patient, helpful, and have a strong customer-service attitude, we would love to meet you! Responsibilities Provide loving, attentive care for our cats. Keep the cat lounge extremely clean, sanitary, and organized. Clean litter boxes, floors, furniture, feeding areas, and cat spaces Provide fresh food and water. Monitor cats and report any unusual behavior or concerns. Handle cats gently and respectfully Welcome guests with a warm smile and positive attitude Explain lounge rules and help guests have a fun, comfortable experience. Answer guest questions and provide friendly assistance. Contribute to a positive and welcoming atmosphere. Maintain cleanliness throughout the entire shift. Complete opening, closing, and cleaning duties The Person We're Looking ForWe want someone who is: A genuine cat lover Happy, cheerful, and positive Friendly and comfortable talking with customers Has an excellent customer-service attitude Very clean and detail-oriented Patient and gentle with cats Observant and responsible A positive team player Reliable and punctual Comfortable with standing, walking, bending, and cleaning throughout the shift Able to follow instructions and care procedures careful Being great with cats is important — but being great with people is important too! Experience Previous experience with cats, animal care, veterinary work, shelters, pet care including grooming, hospitality, or customer service is a plus, but not required.
