What they do
An Animal Care Worker or Manager manages animal care and grooming for a retail store that sells pets or for a pet grooming business. May also provide animal care and grooming at a kennel. Works with animals in shelters or rescue organizations. Works primarily with dogs and cats. Assists veterinarians with vaccinations or other procedures; screens people who want to adopt an animal from a shelter and provides information about caring for animals.

$16.50/hour (plus bonuses)- Pet care experience: 1year (Required)
- US Work Authorization Required
- Must be able to speak, read and write in English (Required)
- Must be able to work M
- Fri.
- Shifts may vary but 12m-5pm is needed with a pathway to full time
- Must not be allergic to dogs or cats
- Must be able to work in all weather conditions
- Must be comfortable with all dog breeds, sizes and temperaments.
- Must have a smart phone and internet access
- Must be friendly, responsible, reliable, communicative and a team player
- Must provide 1 personal and 2 work references
- A background check will be completed!
- A commitment of 9-12 months is required!
- Must have good time management skills There are many opportunities to make extra money either from weekend walks and especially with overnight pet-sits. While rewarding it can be a lot of work. We find our walkers really like their job and If youʼre interested please send us:
