We are looking for dependable, energetic, dog-loving individuals to join our growing team as professional dog walkers. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys being active, values responsibility, and wants to be part of a strong team culture centered around exceptional pet care and client service. Compensation Typical compensation ranges from approximately $18-$28+ per hour , depending on schedule, performance, experience, and client volume - paid by the walk, so more you want the more you get Paid training provided Opportunities for growth into larger routes and management opportunities What You'll Do Walk dogs throughout the Upper West Side Safely handle dogs of different sizes, breeds, and temperaments Provide attentive, focused care during walks Communicate professionally with clients and management Maintain punctuality and reliability every day Navigate stairs and walk extensively throughout the day Build trust with both dogs and their owners Training & Support We provide comprehensive training covering: Dog behavior and handling Breed tendencies and group dynamics Safety protocols Client communication Time management and route efficiency Conflict resolution and professionalism No professional dog walking experience is required, but prior experience with dogs is a plus.
