Experienced Dog Bather Full-Time; about 35 hours per week, up to 40.

Location:

Washingtonville, NY We are seeking a skilled and experienced dog bather to join our team on a full-time basis. We are seeking someone with experience but are willing to train the right person.

Responsibilities:

Perform bathing and prepping services up to and including: bathing, drying, brushing, getting matts out, deshed treatments as well as nail trim and grinding. Handle dogs with care and ensure their safety and comfort throughout the bathing process. We want our dogs and ourselves to be as stress free as can be and like keeping a calm positive vibe. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bathing and grooming area.

Requirements:

Experienced dog bather, experience handling dogs of various sizes, coats and temperaments. Knowledge of different dog breeds, coat types, and ability to handle dogs of all temperaments and ages. Must be able to lift large breeds when necessary, but we will always assist.

Compensation:
