Job Description

Job Summary Do you have a passion for dogs? Then we would love to have you on our team! Bathers work in tandem with our groomers to get dogs washed and dried prior to their groom. This is a physically active role that requires good time management and attention to detail. No previous bathing experience required! Duties Safely handle dogs of various sizes and temperaments during bathing and drying processes Ensure all dogs are thoroughly washed and dried prior to their groom Lift dogs in and out of the bathing tub Maintain cleanliness of grooming stations and equipment to uphold hygiene standards Mix shampoos and conditioners according to specifications Communicate clearly with groomers and other bathers Requirements Must be at least 18 years of age Previous experience with dogs is a plus Ability to lift 50 pounds independently Ability to stand for up to 5 hours Ability to communicate effectively with others in a team environment Ability to work in a non climate controlled environment Ability to work in a fast paced environment Knowledge of dog training, animal restraint, and animal care techniques Strong communication skills to interact confidently with pet owners and team members Passion for animals and dedication to providing exceptional pet care services
Pay:
From $12.00 per hour Expected hours: 15.0 per week
