We are hiring at Kannon's Kabins! Position is for a full time kennel tech/pet attendant (30-40 hrs/week). We are an all-in-one pet care facility and operate in conjuction with our sister company, Kannon's Kabins Veterinary Clinic.

Our offered services include:

dog boarding, cat boarding, exotic pet boarding, doggy daycare, grooming, and veterinary services! We are needing an additional team member who takes pet care seriously.

Requirements:

MUST HAVE ANIMAL/PET CARE EXPERIENCE. MUST BE WILLING TO WORK SOME WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS. MUST HAVE A FLEXIBLE AVAILABILITY. MUST LOVE ANIMALS!

Works under the direct supervision of the Owner to ensure pets are properly cared for, fed, and supervised. Monitors the overall activities of the pets in the facility. Responsible for ensuring proper pets play or interact together and monitors playing to prevent injuries or fights. Ensures standards of cleanliness are maintained in the play area which includes cleaning up after any accidents, sweeping, moping, and keeping dogs clean. Responsible for following naptime schedules and feeding schedules for all pets attending the facility and supervising the walking of any dogs that need to be taken outside. Responsible for cleaning kennels, toys, and other play equipment each day.

$13.50 - $15.00 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 - 40.0 per week
