Our mission is to make nail trims less stressful for pets and easier for their people. Our walk-in location includes an anti-anxiety pet boutique designed to create a low-stress experience for pets and their owners. We're a small company with a great reputation and a supportive team culture, and we're looking for someone who will treat our space, pets, and clients like their own. About the Role We're hiring a trustworthy, experienced pet nail technician to work at our Tulsa storefront. This is a hands-on position for someone who is confident performing walk-in pet nail trims and comfortable handling light retail responsibilities. You'll perform nail trims, greet clients, accept cash and card payments, ring up boutique purchases, and help keep the storefront clean and welcoming. Pay & Perks $15/hr starting base pay Most technicians average an additional $15/hr in cash and credit card tips Bonuses offered Weekly pay every Wednesday $1.50/hr raise after 1 year Reliable, consistent schedule Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays & Fridays off every week Company iPad provided All nail-trimming equipment and tools provided Paid, one-on-one training in Tulsa for 2-3 days at $10/hr No upselling or product pushing Relaxed, pet-focused work environment Small, supportive team where your work is appreciated Opportunity to make a real difference for anxious pets by helping them feel safe and cared for in a low-stress, one-on-one environment What You'll Do Perform walk-in nail trims primarily on dogs, with cats and small pets occasionally Confidently and compassionately handle pets with varying temperaments Create a calm, low-stress experience for anxious pets Greet clients and communicate clearly and professionally Accept cash and card payments Ring up boutique purchases Use an iPad and our booking/software systems Maintain a clean, tidy, and welcoming storefront Communicate clearly with clients and the rest of the team What We're Looking For Previous experience performing dog nail trims is required Reliable, honest, and comfortable working independently Friendly and professional with customers Confident handling pets and working one-on-one with them Comfortable handling cash/card transactions and basic retail responsibilities Comfortable using an iPad and booking software Interested in long-term employment Available to consistently work the posted schedule Strong reliability — our clients depend on us, so limited call-ins are expected Must be 18+ for insurance purposes

Schedule Wednesday:

PM Saturday:

9 AM-4

PM Sunday:

9 AM-4 PM You'll have Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday off every week.
