K9 Resorts of Chalfont is looking for a dependable, hands-on Supervisor to guide our team, and help deliver exceptional care for every dog and a welcoming experience for every pet parent. Schedule and Availability We're looking for someone with open availability for mix of opening and closing shifts, including alternate weekends and holidays. Our resort closes at 7:00 PM. What You'll Do Lead daily shifts and serve as Supervisor on duty and key holder. Coach and support customer service and pet care team members, assign work, and follow up on priorities. Step in wherever needed, from greeting guests and answering phones to assisting with hands-on dog care. Oversee safe daycare and boarding operations, including dog handling, feeding, medication procedures, and accurate care instructions. Monitor dogs' health and behavior, respond calmly to concerns, and promptly communicate incidents. Ensure playgroups, accommodations, and shared spaces are clean, safe, and properly disinfected. Assist with check-in and check-out, reservations, payments, customer questions, and resort tours. Help resolve customer concerns with professionalism and empathy. Support staff scheduling, training, inventory, daily checklists, and shift handoffs. Help the Manager monitor guest satisfaction, staffing needs, and controllable expenses. What We're Looking For A genuine commitment to dogs' safety and well-being. Strong customer service, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. The confidence to lead a team and the willingness to help with any part of resort operations. A calm, dependable approach in a busy environment. Comfort learning our reservation and point-of-sale systems and maintaining accurate records. Availability for closing shifts, some weekends, and holidays. Experience supervising people or working in pet boarding, daycare, hospitality, or customer service is preferred, but we welcome applicants with the right leadership ability and willingness to learn. The person hired will complete the applicable K9 Resorts training and certification programs. This is an active role involving standing, walking, cleaning, and safely handling dogs of different sizes.
