Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Pet Care Specialist to join our lodging department. As a Pet Care Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day care of our furry guests, ensuring they receive the love, attention, and care they deserve. This part-time, year-round position is perfect for animal lovers who are looking to make a difference in the lives of pets and their owners.
Responsibilities:
Provide daily care for animals, including feeding, walking, and monitoring health and behavior. Engage pets in fun and stimulating activities to keep them happy and active. Maintain a clean and sanitary environment by performing regular cleaning and disinfecting tasks. Ensure the safety and well-being of all animals in our care. Communicate effectively with team members and pet owners to provide excellent customer service.
Requirements:
A passion for working with animals and a commitment to their well-being. Ability to stand and walk for long periods, bend, kneel, and lift up to 50lbs. Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions. Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently and as part of a team. Previous experience in professional animal care is a strong preference.
