Job Description

Overview We are looking for an individual who is interested in working part-time for a fast-paced grooming salon that is getting busier by the minute! The ideal candidate must love dogs as much as they love establishing connections with our clients. Previous salon experience is not required as we are willing to train the right person but customer service experience is a huge plus! Duties Assist groomers with bathing, drying, and brushing out. Taking dogs out for walks. Assist groomers when additional handling is needed for safety during grooming procedures. Maintain cleanliness of the grooming area, including equipment and tools. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with client owners as you answer phones and schedule appointments. Keep the shop tidy and organized. Requirements Will train if you have a willingness to learn. Familiarity with pet grooming practices is a plus. Ability to lift up to 50 lb dogs when necessary. Excellent customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction. Positive attitude and willing to work together with co-workers. A genuine love for dogs and commitment to their well-being.
