Job Description
Responsibilities include:
Overseeing daily daycare operations Managing safe, structured small group play Conduct activities and supervised play sessions that promote healthy exercise and mental stimulation. Training and supervising part-time daycare staff Monitoring dog behavior and group compatibility Maintaining attendance, behavioral notes, and vaccine records Communicating with pet parents and keeping the daycare clean, safe, and organized Willing to host small beginner training sessions with pet parents on Saturdays. We're looking for someone who: Has professional dog experience (daycare, training, kennel, vet, grooming, etc.) Understands canine body language and behavior Physical ability to perform heavy lifting, team lifting, and work required for managing large or energetic dogs. Values positive reinforcement training methods Is willing to continue learning and stay current on modern behavior/enrichment practices Is organized, reliable, and confident leading both dogs and staff Has weekend availability This role is perfect for energetic individuals who love animals, thrive in team environments, and are committed to providing outstanding pet care experiences.
