You will Meet prospective caregivers in person and approve or reject them according to Shinyu standards Reach out to new pet parents on the platform to offer assistance in using the app and/or answering questions on how Shinyu works Providing support to pet parents as-needed Flag pet parent and caregiver complaints You should only apply if You live in the Raleigh metro, know it well, and plan to stay long-term You currently are performing pet care for clients - this is a requirement You have local connections in the area You can say, in writing, what makes a great pet caregiver, and what are signs someone is not a great caregiver You are looking to add 10-30 hours monthly to your schedule, and not a full-time job
