The Grooming Box LLC is an exciting pet grooming company with an established and growing mobile grooming division. We are looking for an energetic, experienced Lead Groomer to become part of our outstanding team, be second in command to our Head Groomer, and help us build an exceptional salon experience for our clients and their pets.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Proven professional pet grooming experience (Minimum 3 years) Groomer would need to provide their own shears, clippers, blades, combs and brushes. Must love working with animals. Outstanding work ethic and organizational skills. Reliability and punctuality are essential. Strong interpersonal skills & professional appearance. Ability to work independently. Demonstrated leadership ability and willingness to support the Head Groomer with day-to-day operations, team guidance, quality standards, and decision-making in a second-in-command capacity. Ability to bend, kneel, lift (up to 75 pounds, as necessary) and stand for long periods of time. Must be First Aid certified (company may reimburse the cost of certification) Live in or near our service area.
