Employee Discount Responsibilities Supervise and engage with dogs in group play settings, ensuring a safe, fun, and positive environment. Monitor dogs' behavior and interactions, intervening when necessary for safety. Maintain a clean and sanitary yard area by following proper cleaning protocols. Provide basic care such as feeding, watering, and comforting dogs as needed. Communicate effectively with other team members and pet parents. Ensure all dogs are happy, healthy, and having a "bow-wow" time! Qualifications Must love dogs! A passion for animal care is essential. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple dogs of various sizes. Strong attention to detail and ability to recognize signs of stress or health concerns in dogs.
