Job Description

Animal Caregiver Ardmore Companion Animal Hospital, PLLC We are seeking an Animal Caregiver to join our team. You will be responsible for overall care and well-being of the animals at our facility and their environment. Monday shift 7:30am-6:30pm Wednesday 7:30am -6:30pm Every other Saturday morning shift 8:00am-2:00pm Every other Sunday morning shift 8:00am-9:00am Every other Sunday evening shift 5:00pm-6:00pm

Responsibilities:

Handle general care tasks such as feeding, medicating and bathing of animals Launder and dry towels and blankets Know proper animal restraint techniques, assist with patient restraint Assist doctors and technicians with the administration of medications Deep cleaning of entire hospital Vacuum and mop entire hospital daily Clean bathrooms daily Perform other duties as assigned Cleaning of cages, runs and wards Provide compassionate care to patients Walk hospitalized and boarded patients several times per day Ability to lift up to 50 pounds' '
