You'll work independently in a fully equipped grooming van, serving clients across Johnson City, Kingsport, and Bristol. No kennel chaos. No back to back salon stress. What You'll Bring:

1+ year of professional pet grooming experience (required) Strong knowledge of breed specific cuts, coat types, and grooming techniques Experience handling dogs of all sizes, breeds, and temperaments A valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to lift 50+ lbs and safely handle dogs of any size Excellent communication and customer service skills Reliable, self motivated, and detail oriented Leadership or mentoring experience a plus Pet grooming certification strongly preferred Full time availability preferred
