You will work independently in a fully equipped grooming van serving clients across Johnson City, Kingsport, and Bristol. No kennel chaos. No back-to-back salon stress. Just you, the pets, and the work you love. You bring the talent. We handle the rest.

What You'll Bring:

1+ year professional pet grooming experience (required) Strong knowledge of breed specific cuts, coat types, and grooming techniques Experience handling dogs of all sizes, breeds, and temperaments Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to lift 50+ lbs Excellent communication and customer service skills Reliable, self-motivated, and detail oriented Leadership or mentoring experience a plus Full time availability preferred Pet grooming certification strongly preferred
