We will be launching our services across a series of locations and the right candidate will be able to multi-task with detail-oriented precision. We are looking for an individual who can embrace our fun-loving environment and share in the opportunity to set the president in the local dog community! We encourage you to visit our website to learn more about our mission and community driven medicine Use proper dog handling techniques as instructed by manual Report any unusual behaviors, injuries, or critical information to management and veterinary services if applicable Integrate enrichment activities (frozen treats, hide and seek, scent engagement, etc.) Communicate clearly with owners and provide a positive and inviting environment Train and observe other playtime coordinators with pet integration Perform and direct dog groups with appropriate activity levels and time management that allows for go-home baths and vet care if applicable. Provide pictures/video updates of pet daycare to owners and employer through provided software.
Qualifications:
Excellent customer service and organizational skills True passion for working with animals Comfortable working in all-weather conditions; will be exposed to pool water Experience in a boarding/day-camp setting preferred Reliable and flexible to resort schedule needs including days, night, weekends, and holidays. Able to learn to work with and handle a variety of sizes and breeds of dogs. Ability to receive instructions and remain adaptive to change and training material
