BARN HELP WANTED

I'm looking for reliable barn help for a large horse operation in Bulverde, TX. We currently have 25 horses and are open to hiring one or two people, depending on availability and fit. This is a hands-on, physical job and would be a great fit for someone who already understands the horse industry and what barn work entails.

AM SHIFT DUTIES

Occasionally feeding Bringing horses in / turning horses out Cleaning 10-18 stalls Replenishing stall bedding as needed Cleaning and refilling water buckets

PM SHIFT DUTIES

Bringing horses in / turning horses out Cleaning 3-5 outside paddocks Cleaning outside auto-waters and troughs several times a week Refilling water buckets Occasionally feeding This is hard work. Horses still need to be fed, watered, turned out, and cared for whether it's freezing, raining, muddy, or 100° outside. I'm looking for people who are dependable, hardworking, comfortable around horses, and understand that this industry requires showing up and getting the job done. Each shift could take anywhere from 3 to 5 hours depending on what the day holds and how efficient things are done. Pay will be $50/shift or $100/day. (Paid Cash every week) Come out and let's do a working interview- my last hand set the bar high!
