Responsibilities Perform comprehensive grooming services including bathing, brushing, hair trimming, pet coat styling, nail trimming, and ear cleaning tailored to each dog's breed and individual needs Handle dogs safely and confidently using proper animal restraint techniques to ensure comfort and security during grooming procedures Communicate effectively with pet owners to understand their grooming preferences and provide advice on pet coat care and maintenance Maintain a clean, organized grooming station by sanitizing tools and work areas regularly to uphold health standards Assist with animal handling tasks such as kennel duties when necessary Support pet care activities including feeding, light exercise, or supervising pet sitting duties as needed Lift heavy grooming equipment or pets safely to prevent injury and ensure efficient workflow Requirements

REQUIRED

- Minimum of 1 year prior grooming experience. Must have your own tools (scissors, clippers, brushes, dremels, etc.) Knowledge of veterinary procedures or veterinary technician/assistant experience is highly desirable Familiarity with animal handling, restraint techniques, and pet coat styling across various breeds Excellent communication skills for engaging with pet owners and team members effectively Ability to perform heavy lifting safely when managing large or heavy pets or equipment Strong commitment to animal welfare, safety, and customer service excellence Embark on a fulfilling career where your grooming talents make a real difference!
