The ideal candidate is patient, confident, and skilled in handling anxious or nervous dogs while providing high-quality grooming services in a safe, calm environment.
Responsibilities:
Bathe, brush, clip, and style dogs according to breed standards and owner requests Safely handle and groom anxious, nervous, or sensitive dogs Perform nail trimming, ear cleaning, and basic hygiene care Monitor dogs for signs of stress and adjust handling techniques as needed Maintain a clean and organized grooming area Communicate clearly with pet owners about grooming services and pet behavior
Qualifications:
Professional pet grooming experience required Proven experience handling anxious or reactive dogs Knowledge of grooming tools, techniques, and breed-specific styles Calm, patient demeanor with strong animal-handling skills Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Schedule & Compensation:
