The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and a solid work ethic. You should enjoy working with both people and animals and be a true team player. What You'll Do as a Veterinary CSR Greet clients and pets warmly, ensuring they feel welcome and comfortable Provide compassionate, professional, and diplomatic client service Answer phone calls, emails, and text messages Schedule appointments efficiently and accurately Collect payments for services rendered Maintain accurate client and patient records Recommend additional services and retail products when appropriate Keep the front desk and work areas clean and organized Safely handle small to large animals Perform physical tasks including bending, standing, stooping, walking, and moving between rooms; may require standing or walking for extended periods Qualifications Previous customer service experience Comfortable and confident around animals Able to thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment If you're passionate about animal care and enjoy helping people, we'd love to meet you!
