No prior grooming experience is required—we provide hands-on training for the right candidate. Our state-of-the-art Mercedes Sprinter vans are fully equipped to deliver top-notch services right at the customer's doorstep. About the Role As a Mobile Entry-Level Dog Groomer, you'll: Drive our company van to customer residences. Bathe, dry, brush, and prep dogs of all sizes and breeds Assist with basic grooming tasks such as nail trimming, ear cleaning, coat care and provide haircuts (if needed) for pets based on the training you will receive. Safely handle and restrain dogs using proper techniques Maintain a clean and organized grooming area Observe pet behavior and report any health or skin concerns Provide gentle, patient care to ensure a positive experience for pets Deliver friendly, professional customer service to pet owners Communicate with pet owners about our services. Collect payments using our easy-to-use technology. Qualifications No grooming experience required — we will train Genuine love for dogs and animals Willingness to learn grooming techniques and safety procedures Ability to handle dogs of various sizes and temperaments Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented Comfortable standing for long periods and performing physical tasks (lifting, bending, etc.) Paid Training Opportunity We provide a comprehensive training program here in Austin, TX & in Dallas, TX. You'll gain hands-on experience to kickstart your career! What We Offer Competitive Graduation pay: $23.00 - $40.00 average commissions and tips per hour (including tips and commissions). Training Pay is $10-$15 hourly for approximately 6 weeks. A positive, supportive team culture. Fun, transparent work environment. New, fully-equipped Mercedes vans. You must also be seeking a serious career in dog grooming! Flexible Scheduling You'll need to provide 5-day availability (including weekends). All schedules include two guaranteed days off each week.
Schedule options:
4 days with one on-call day, 3 days with two on-call days (you'll only work one of the on-call days). What We're Looking For Ability to provide outstanding customer service. A valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Ability to lift and move up to 30 pounds. Experience with smartphones or tablets for scheduling and payment processing.
