We are looking for reliable team oriented people to join our Krewe. We are an established, upscale doggie day care, boarding and grooming facility located in the Heights. The ideal candidate will have a background in animal care and safety. The groomer is expected to be able to knowledge in a vast verity of breeds and grooming styles. A strong desire to engage with customers and develop relationships with them and their pets. Responsibilities Provide high-quality grooming services for dogs, including bathing, brushing, and nail trimming. Handle and restrain animals safely during grooming sessions to ensure their comfort and safety. Maintain cleanliness and organization of grooming tools and work areas. Offer pet care advice to clients and address any concerns regarding their pets' health and grooming needs. Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive experience for both pets and their owners. Qualifications Proven experience in animal handling and pet grooming Strong knowledge of animal care and restraint techniques Excellent customer service skills to interact with pet owners Familiarity with dog training and veterinary practices is a plus Ability to perform heavy lifting and manage kennel duties Previous experience in pet sitting or related fields is advantageous
