Be the face of our upscale pet grooming boutique while helping manage daily operations. We're looking for an experienced, energetic team player who loves animals, excels at customer service, and can confidently lead and coordinate our team. You'll greet Members and Clients with warmth, convert customers into loyal Members, manage staff communication, and help ensure every pet leaves happy. You're the key to delivering an exceptional petbar® experience while keeping our store running smoothly. Responsibilities Greet Members and Clients warmly upon arrival Manage grooming and bathing appointments and keep staff on schedule Answer phones and texts promptly and professionally Process check-ins, check-outs, and payments Sell and explain membership programs Communicate effectively with groomers and bathers Handle customer questions and concerns professionally Perform quality assurance checks before pets go home Support Bathers with washing and pet care as needed Oversee store operations when management is unavailable Maintain organized, professional front desk and lobby Follow proper animal handling, restraint, and safety procedures Lead daily tasks and ensure team coordination Launder towels throughout the day What We're Looking For Previous front desk experience in a fast-paced environment required Strong customer service and communication skills Passion for animals and people High-energy multitasker who thrives in fast-paced environments Confident handling dogs and cats of all sizes and temperaments Strong leadership and organizational skills Ability to manage clients, appointments, and staff communication Leadership/key-holder experience preferred Comfortable with computer software Dependable, organized, and professionally confident Reliable transportation What We Offer $17
