About us Diamond Collar Grooming is a small business in Royse City, TX. We are a cozy, family-owned dog grooming shop dedicated to providing exceptional grooming services for our furry clients. Our mission is to create a comfortable and friendly environment where dogs can enjoy their grooming experience. We pride ourselves on our personalized service and attention to detail.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Dog Groomer to join our team! The ideal candidate will have a love for dogs, grooming experience, and a commitment to providing excellent care. You will be responsible for grooming small breeds and ensuring each dog leaves looking and feeling their best.

Responsibilities:

Provide grooming services including brushing, clipping, and nail trimming. Bather provided. Assess the grooming needs of each dog and consult with pet owners to understand their preferences. Ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all dogs. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the grooming area. Handle dogs with care and compassion, ensuring their comfort throughout the grooming process. Build strong relationships with clients and their pets, providing excellent customer service. Stay updated on grooming trends and techniques.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in dog grooming (5+ years required). Knowledge of different dog breeds and their specific grooming needs. Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for animal care. Ability to handle dogs of various temperaments and sizes. Certification from a recognized grooming school is a plus but not required. Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
